A work in progress. Nostalgia is actually the top influence behind this song.
I'm all open to critiques. Praise on what I got right, and encourage me on correcting what I did wrong.
Personally, I think creativity in melody is of less concern than quality using EQ and compression.

The hi-hat sounds too loud and distracting to me. Since it's a piano-driven track I think it would benefit from the more of the mid-range and lower end of the piano being audible. Nice intro.
