Hah, yea.. I think the propellerheads has their 200,000 collection. The difference is this has zero patches that are trying to sound like something else. No electric pianos, no bells, no brass.. just 100% crazy FM goodness.

Ah, great, the Monopoly!! It will be exciting to see, what it has to offer, because the few original presets gave the impression, that it's capable of many cool things, especially arp-wise!

And the PX7 - I always thought about that guy as a "sleeping giant". I mean, with the 200,000 Patches it was cool to have about 1354 different kinds of e-pianos - but I always thought, there must be more to FM-Synthesis. And when you now say "No electric pianos, no bells, no brass.. just 100% crazy FM goodness." - THAT is music in my ears! :)

So, thanks a lot, Sir, and keep up the good work - and now please do a refill with conventional patches for Nostromo, because I enlisted in Tritone's "one-synth-challenge" and chose Nostromo to work with, and everything works fine, except that I am too goddamn stupid to create a simple friggin' piano that sounds half way authentic

P.S.: I was just kidding, I have to accomplish that myself. And finally, it is that, what makes those challenges interesting: that one has to figure out how to achieve a certain kind of sounds.

I'm definitely going to download these, but could somebody also point me to the 200,000 px7 patch collection?

I'd rather go with the slimmed down version from Koshdukai http://koshdukaimusicreason.blogspot.co ... -v1b8.html
