I'd love RE2A - is this available to anyone, or only Sonar owners?
What's the lowdown?

Its available to anyone , no matter what format . Just head over to the cakewalk site and fill in the form and if you want the RE2A rack extension just choose Reason as you DAW .

I chose Reason as my daw so what happens next?

I receive an e-mail from either Propellerhead or Cakewalk?

Now all we can do is wait and hope they come through .

You just wait like everyone else. None of us have the Re version yet. At a guess, maybe Cakewalk will submit all of the emails to props at the beginning of the week

Was told by product support at Cakewalk that they were surprised at no delivery as a lot of people were given their RE-2A almost immediately.

After following up it was then explained how they are waiting for Propellerhead to provide some usernames so they can link up the accounts necessary for providing the RE-2A to users who haven't yet received theirs.

All that Props and Cakewalk requested was the email used for our props account, and to select Reason as DAW type, nothing was mentioned about props usernames from Cakewalk or Propellerheads
