Guitar Slide Question

Is it possible to make somehow this guitar finger slide in Reason 9 or this needs to be recorded like this?? Or some patch similar to this if somebody knows? Sorry if question is stupid im totaly newbie

the reason electric bass refill by propellerheads has these finger slides and various noises on the lower keys.
might be worth checking out?
