Authorize problem...

I can't authorize R9 on either computer or ignition key.

computer : None. There aren't any licenses available to authorize on this computer. Note that only Reason 7 or later, and Reason Essentials 2 or later can be authorized on a computer.

Ignition key: None. You don't have any application licenses available for this Ignition Key.

I have upgraded and downloaded R9 but nothing...

Does anyone know what to do?

I got that.
What I did was removed Code Meter (oh how we love code meter...) and reinstalled it, restart comp, try again and again (tried a few times) then it just went. I've had this in the past too. Just keep at it.

i start hating reason..... got same problem... so r9 can't start & can't authorize. FUCK!

I waitied about an half hour to authorize and tryed again and it worked

I contacted support earlier this morning for an error downloading R9 with soundbanks and in their response they mentioned that R9 would temporarily be online only, but that they were addressing, and expected to be back to full functionality sometime today.

It crashed on my computer several times. After i could manage to switch the ASIO driver it worked. ASIO4ALL didnt worked. Got to try this again sometime...

Try to set a different driver. It took me a few tries. Gl.

We're all just anxious (know I am), and this is very irritating...but I guess all we can do is keep trying. I've just tried the download using a torrent...hope this helps.

So I open R9. It only lets me login. Clicked on 'more options'. Goes to screen with instructions. Installed codemeter. Clicked on authorize computer and keys but it pops up my RE list and sits there; the load wheel isn't even moving. Happened last night too. I've restarted my computer and tried many times now to no avail.
I gotta say this combined with the many failed download attempts and soundbank download crashes.. I've never had this much trouble upgrading.

You need to athoeize your new version on the products section of your account in the web.

Nevermind it's working now. Authorizer was getting stuck on loading but it just now went to the screen that lets you authorize your computer, ignition key, etc.

I wonder if all the problems are to do with many people trying to hit the website at once? Because for me there was no fix as far as I can tell. I just kept trying and it eventualy worked.
