Can't open the preferences ( Missing file ) Need help

Hi everyone and thanks to those who are reading,

I have a huge problem since the last update ( don't know if its related or not but .. ) whenever i try to open the preferences a error message pops up telling me that due to missing file the "operation cannot be completed" ( i'm grossly translating that from french but you get the idea)
So i cannot configure my audio interface or my keyboards ..
If anyone knows a way around that problem i would be very thankful!

ps : i've already re-install, etc ..

Are you on 11.3.7? Have you updated to 11.3.8?

Im on Reason suite 11.3.8d1 and i have the same error this morning. Impossible to open preferences .

Im reinstalling, i
n the list of application in Windows , it said i was on 1.3.6, but Reason itself told me a was on 1.3.8. I think my problem was from the update done through the app that didnt work well. I ll let you know once reinstalled
