Auto Repeated Chords

I'm not even sure the best way to ask this question. I want to be able to take any instrument, hold down a chord and have all the notes of the chord retriggered all at once on and ONLY on every 8th note of the tempo. I've tried using reason's stock midi utilities and I can't figure out how to do this. Is there a plug in that will do what I'm asking? I'm on reason 10.
