Drum Sequencer - Bug?

new to Reason
here's the thing:
insert Drum Sequencer
loop the timeline for 1 bar
hit play
Drumsequencer loops correctly 1-16
set loop for 1st 1/2 bar
Drum Sequencer loops step 9-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 etc.
set loop for 2nd 1/2 bar
Drum Sequencer loops step 1-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-1

is not right
Matrix, QND and Poly Step all work correctly

would someone else mind checking please?
where do I report bugs to?

I tried it with the same result (Reason Suite 11.3).

Edit:
The first half bar works, when the RESET STEP (right down corner) ist set to 8.
It doesn't work for the second half bar. I suppose it's because the sequencer does a reset at the beginning of the loop and jumps back to 1. After that it continues in the middle of the loop.
