Never heard of the thing. Talk about phat and this is with two VCO's out of action!
Reason 12 - Horrible plastic M-Audio Oxygen 49 and a battered pair of Sony MDR V6 cans
I always enjoy this guy's videos. I was aware of lots of synths back in the 70s (I was in high school), but never knew much about this one other than the name. I messed around with a borrowed PAIA in the late 1970s, which was a cheaper DIY synth from the same era as this one. They are often so quirky compared to "store bought" synths, since they are hand made and can be modified by the builder (so things on the front panel are not always as you would think, but random unlabeled switches added etc).
This one is oddly appealing for some reason, maybe I'm just tired of tiny EuroRack format modules and miss the old Moog sized modules like these!
