Nektar T4 pad colour change in R11

This is kind of weird. The pads on my Panorama T4 lit up green when I loaded a Reason stock drummachine in R10...and yellow (I think) when I loaded up a 3rd party drum RE or VST. I just noticed that in R11, Kong lights the pads up red. Anybody?
Also...RDK RE doesn't light up the pads at all. That's the way it was in R10 but now in R11 the pads seem to be mapped.
