Re: LoveOne Consulting's Proton Synthesizer Song Challenge

So can I use samples put into a proton synthesizer?

Edit: So I can use drum sounds from a sample bank and throw them through proton?

Re: Korg Gadget Allihoopa

At long last? And I hope they aren't the only third-party company that will support it. They've got about 800 followers on Twitter so far, so I don't see it as a rip-roaring success at the moment. They still need to sort out the rights issues before I get involved and having Korg users on side will...

Nabbed instantly.

For those worried about HDD space, it's very beneficial to have an external HDD. Mine is pretty much reserved for oodles of samples and ReFills and Live Sets, etc.

Re: computer recommendations

I use a 2015 MacBook Pro hand have really liked it. Would opt for more power and storage though, if I had to do it again. When getting to 15+ devices (which is low) I can get the computer too slow to play song error. When you say "power", by what dimension is that measured? Is that processor speed?...

Re: MIDIIO

I was wondering. I get the impression that the midio app only sends MIDI over USB if you have the VST. Is this possible to do in RE format? Yeah, you can send Midi out through the External MIDI Instrument with the app and back into Reason via AudioTrack. I wrote a bit more in depth here: https://fo...

Seriously trying to decide between getting MonoPoly and Noxious or getting both Polysix and Monopoly. Is something like the Reso Bell patch from Polysix able to be recreated in MonoPoly?

Re: Index Chord Dictionary in the shop

I have been wanting something like this for a long time: the one thing Reason couldn't replicate from Garageband. Just tried it out. One thing I think you forgot to mention (and you should, because it is the number one coolest feature IMO) is the fact that if you connect the Reverse (Tome) out to t...

Cool to see a little buzz around this! Looks like you've got some customers in waiting ;) I'll work with what I have at the moment and make a note of what's missing (or awkward). I'm sure I've mentioned it before but there's a great app for iOS I use called Pulsecode Modular. Check out the module l...

Question to Users: Does the new update fix the crash issues? Yes it does (+ the pitch shifter now also works on Windows). The Propellerhead "sync all" web site feature is currently broken (for at least a week now) so the update can only be downloaded on the product page . Here's another sound sampl...

Oh man these look great! Now you can't just tease us like this ;) I really like the dual idea to make good use of the panel size. Hey you could call it "MoDualar" :D Just needs a voice distributor and maybe a couple of extra utility racks (like a CV matrix/switcher, basic step sequencer). Here ya g...

Nice, more VST devs getting in/back in the game. This bodes really well for the format in general.
