Yes of course. For the redrum the redrum by itself is available. The reason we take it out of its own stereo channel is to treat it individually. Why taking me back to Redrum?

About your problem, I have never encounter a problem like that I have used Mixbus since version 2.5, 3 was buggy at release but never affected me since I was on Mac plus I only use it for mixing. Right now I use it in a daily bases and I'm more than satisfied with it. I don't know about your problem...
