So, what in your opinion, are the most awesome RE's, on a criteria of value for money, flexibility of sound design, and ... erm ... anything else that is important? What, for example, might a new Synth give me that I can't...

Hey there. Similar to my last question on automation. I have three Redrum tracks. As soon as I hit play they all play all the time, even though I sent the notes to the tracks. Do I now need to automate the level so that they don't play over the whole track, as they all play even on the recorded vers...

Thanks for the advice guys. So it sounds like it may be best to buy a recording device and then I can upload the wav files and use them in the samplers? Can I also work the original sound up and save it as a new sample? Sorry, told you I was a beginner

Hey all. I am wondering what the best app is to record samples to then bring into the Reason Samplers - preferably something that can be used on a mobile device and that can manipulate the sounds quite a bit to create something special. All suggestions welcome. Cheap options please : )
