Maybe something like SoundCloud Pro? Limited free storage. Only paid users can host lossless files for download.

What do you mean when you say "media server" again?

As a strings companion in Reason, I can only recommend it. Lots of really great uses to this instrument, and the animator can do some really eerie rhythmic string phrases.
