Love this synth! Fantastic sound.

Snaged it up at that $15 price tag. I trailed it a while ago and I told my self then that if it ever dropped in price it was a must buy. So here we are and I highly recommend this snazzy little re to anyone that is in need of textures and sound scapes.

I find it's more useful for generating ideas. But I like to be able to control my midi notes so I usually end up replicating what I come up with in pitch slide on the sequencer. So to answer your question yes what pitch slide can do can be done with the players.

Yeah, I was just reading in the manual last night, and it appears to only affect the pitch of the stutter. Much like the mod wheel only affects the filters. I'm really on the fence about this RE. I like it, it's just that I have so many REs already and I'm not sure what it really adds that can't be...

From the manual: Pitch Bend: While a stutter is active, the pitch of the audio can be altered using the Pitch Bend wheel.
