There is a cheap vst called TrackSpacer which does this. It isn't a compressor. It take the eq curve of a signal, such as voice, and applies the inverse eq curve to another signal, such as background pad or sounds. For me personally, 99% of the time I open Reason, I have not installed any new plugins or VSTs. It is painful to sit and wait while the Reason app slowly scans all of my VST folders. And worse, this frequently causes a "blue screen of death", and then the next time I open Reason it gives me an error...
