Is there away to adjust the sensitivity of pads on the Nektar P6

I use the pads on the MPK mini more for drumming as they seem more sensitive.

My Alesis IO2 audio interface Crackles when sometimes when I turn up the volume on Reason II sometimes is not there at all and other times really bad like a scraping crackle...... Eauhm As suggested I changed my web browser
I set a up Microsoft Net explorer as my default web browser instead of Chrome. Downloader works now.......

Can anyone advise me how to adjust the ruler increments on the sequencer window? I am following the electro pop drums cheat sheet. On the screen the ruler shows increments of: 1.1 , 1.2 , 1.3 , 1.4 , 2.1 etc On mine the closest I can get the ruler is to show increments of: 1.1 , 1.3 , 2.1 , 2.3 etc....
