Re: Nektar Impact LX - black keys issue fix (Windows)
I have an LX88+ and found this post after Googling "black keys louder" which is a problem I've had with it. I tried to download ImpactFixer but both Defender and MalwareBytes tell me it's a a Trojan Malware. :( I'm guessing no one has found another fix for this yet? What a bummer as aside from that ...

How to control parameters of "Scenic Hybrid" via MIDI
I feel like this should be simple, but I'm missing it somehow. I'm using the Scenic Hybrid instrument which I love for scoring. The "Balance" parameter is easily controlled by right clicking and selecting "Learn" and moving a slider on my midi controller. However I can't figure out how to do the sam...

Re: Best Live Workflow For Reason?
Thanks for telling me about Gig Performer! I had never heard of it and I tried it out tonight and ended up buying it! Very cool Since all you need are sounds. This is a perfect example where the plug-in is more useful. Most DAWs are not designed for live performance. You can use Mainstage (mac) or G...

Re: Best Live Workflow For Reason?
Nice! With each song being it's own file you don't ever find loading time to be a problem between songs or anything? I've been using Reason with live bands for about 10 years now. Currently using Nektar Panorama P6 and Alesis Vortex Wireless 2 for controllers. Each song in my set list is a separate ...

Best Live Workflow For Reason?
Hey all! I mostly use Reason in my studio but I have a gig where I will be using it live coming up and am just wondering about tips for the best workflow. Currently, I have a separate track in Reason for each sound/song so that all sounds are already loaded and ready to go. I have assigned the top 2...

"Easy MIDI Inputs" not working
If I fire up the Reason Stand-alone program, my KB is listed under the "Easy MIDI Inputs" with a check next to it, yet it's not triggering any sounds. Any ideas?

Re: (Pop) My New All Reason 11 Song
Damn you (in the best way possible). This idea wouldn't leave me alone so I ended up putting some Abbey Road ADT on select parts of the second verse and re-uploading it and pulling it out of stores and re-submitting the new version. :) This isn't finished. The muse has gifted you profusely this time...

Re: (Pop) My New All Reason 11 Song
HA! Funny you should link to that song as I had another friend link me the same song saying it reminded of of that! This isn't finished. The muse has gifted you profusely this time around, buddy, but don't think she will ever give you the whole thing :) You've got the real thing, but it still needs ...

(Pop) My New All Reason 11 Song
"Someday I'll Stop Dreaming Of You" From a spark in my brain to finished song: 13 hours. I had some dreams last night. I woke up at one point this morning and the idea and chorus for this song were in my head. I w...

Can Reason not detect "Program Change" messages?
I have an M-Audio Keystation 88es. I can assign the +/- buttons to be "Increment/Decrement Program change." But when I try to map any reason Remote Override, it doesn't detect these button presses at all. I'm pretty newbish to this kind of stuff, but I can't figure out if this just isn't possible or...

How to save a User Preset for use on my other computer
I"m using Reason as a VST plugin in Reaper. So I get everything configured and then save it as a "User Preset" at the top of the VST window, but where is that preset? How can I copy it to my laptop to open there? This seems so basic, but I can't seem to figure it out!

Re: Simple Question: I just want to increase my input velocity
I forgot who on here told me about this, but you can use a Note Echo and set the "step length" and "repeats" to their minimum values, and then increase the "velocity" knob to where it feels right for you. YES! Thank you! I can't believe this is such an obscure thing. I was about to pay money for on...

Simple Question: I just want to increase my input velocity
I know this must be simple but I haven't figured it out just yet.
Basically I want to play "harder" without actually playing harder. So I just want my input velocities to be bumped up somehow so I can not bang the hell out of my KB but still get higher velocity sounds as if I were.
