Re: Static Cling - Delta

Can one of you post a link to an old discussion or give me some bullet points as to why one would get and/or need this RE. I’ve heard it praised many times but I don’t think I quite understand its purpose and function to see the value. Delta is the swiss army knife of midi which can be used for the...

This forum needs a voting system

Especially regarding feature requests, this would make it easier for the reason studios team to see which features have the most community support. Of course on those huge threads with high engagement there's good ideas that get lost in a sea of comments, but by having hearts or likes it would be ea...

Re: Announcing Reason 13

I'm sure you'll find an alternative if things aren't working exactly as you hope. My point is we don't really know till we've played with it. Take it easy bro

We'll see once we're looking at it and how things work. I still see the favorites there so your lists will still work regardless.

Re: Announcing Reason 13

There's no way you can't create custom tags for devices. Nothing will be stopping you from creating a tag for all your vintage synths and one for your modern ones, etc.

Re: Announcing Reason 13

I think the favorite functionality either remains intact, or it will be improved by tagging and it'll be faster to get to your devices now opposed to the way it was. I remember in live with the latest browser features i wasn't all that happy with it at first but got used to the new way and it's all ...

Re: Announcing Reason 13

One thing about the browser they i haven't seen mentioned by anyone here is the fact you can now load stuff with just the keyboard. I had to use special mouse position mapping macros on the stream deck to load devices with one button press in a way similar to the way i do it in live, except there it...

Re: Announcing Reason 13

Addendum to my previous post: turns out windows 10 is set to stop receiving updates and support October 14 2025. If your computer does not support it or you don’t ever want w11, with ads baked into the os, I guess macOS is your only option (unless you’re a nerd and go the Linux route)

Re: Announcing Reason 13

Microsoft also decides how long you can use hardware -- Windows 11 dropped support for several older machines lacking more modern features. This is no different. It's objectively different. M series is a completely different architecture . It broke compatibility. All hell broke loose with its relea...

Re: Announcing Reason 13

I think it's still at closed-beta stage? AKA only trusted users that won't leak stuff and that will give useful feedback. what do we want to leak? Bugs? I mean, they've already presented everything that's in 13. Just a heads up: you won’t be able to talk about it except for in the beta forum ...

Re: Announcing Reason 13

Stem separation AI bass AI keyboard Announced so far and Free upgrade for existing users If RS announced Reason 13 with these features, I guarantee users would be complaining that RS is focusing on AI gimmicks instead of workflow features (sequencer, browser, etc.). I would be one of those. However...

Re: Automate changing Synchronus patchs in a phrase

Hey op, i got another suggestion which is actually what I would prefer doing as it's what I find most elegant: I would bounce in place clips for each synchronous patch, and edit and arrange them on the sequencer.
