I love my Windows 7 so I hope the Props wont jump off from that.

If Microsoft stops supporting their own OS, then the liability writing is on the wall for third parties to justify full support of their products that are stranded there.

As a person who has provided 10+ years customer support in past jobs, this warms my heart. It's great to see that Props knows that providing excellent customer support is the first order of business.

I think the pizzicato strings chords are heavy in the 400hz range which is putting a blanket over the initial verse vocal. Cut that back a bit to get the vocal to pop out. You may have to turn the vocal up just a tad as well.

Just take the image from the press kit, and then use Photoshop or Illustrator to put it on whatever size you want. I do it all the time with venue logos for gigs I'm playing. Most of time I don't even have an official press kit logo, so I just use google images to grab the content.

The automation lanes make CHANGES to the default setting. Click on the automation lane, and then check the default setting in the column that says 'Drum1 FX1 P1' in your snapshot image. You can click on the dot and change it's value. I hope that helps!

Good to know. In the past, I've accepted the studio's live audio tracks and then imported them to Reason, but never tried to capture live audio multitracks from within reason. Thanks!
