What about Reason 12 for normal people, non-subscribers, on September 1, which was for September 1, 2022? Because on the web there is nothing at all.

They both playback samples, but one of them can turn said samples into something completely different and the other can't even come close. You can use both as drum machines though, one of them is a drum machine, the other isn't. Fair one, I prob should have been a bit more specific. Just feels like...

I was just looking at Umpf Club Drums in the Rewards Store, I started to feel like that and Mimic have a lot of crossover, particularly using Mimic in multi slot mode. I don't have access to either device at the moment, does anyone else that has used them both make any comment on this?

No forward/reverse loop mode?!

I think there's a reverse mode on the panel somewhere. You'd have to load same sample set up in another slot and reverse it then use key switching to choose the reversed slot I think (I don't have mimic yet).

Erm.. hope I'm not wrong... In "Slice Mode", you can't change the layer ( 1~8 ), or even automate it ? :O

I've not got it but apparently you can only select the layer with key switching.

No cause it's called the ReGroove Mixer so the sliders looking like sliders from a mixing console is to me, right and more stylish. There aren't real life equivalents of the sequencer / transport etc so can't emulate them.

I love this look, too.It made reason famous, it is their ABSOLUTE marketing-sign. The outstanding design and realism was the core, its was the heart. And they are not consistent anymore with it...OMG. See I like the change because I feel it is now consistent... with the sequencer and transport area...
