Players Challenge

Lectric Panda, LoveOne, Robotic Bean, Selig Audio, Static Cling, Zvork, and ReasonTalk are happy to announce the details of the Players Challenge.

The spirit of the Players challenge

It is important to emphasize that this time around it is more like a live act challenge rather than a classic song challenge, but having a solid sound and entertaining performance is still important! The goal of this challenge is to push the boundaries of making pattern-based music with Player devices. Therefore, we ask you to be creative and create projects with crazy interconnected Player stacks. Save your Player stacks as combinators and send them to us, so we can share a pack containing the best patches.*

To spice up the competition you need to submit a video, in which you show how you have been using the players in your project. What you present and how you present it in your video is up to you! For instance, you could start with an intro of walking everyone through your setup, leading into your song. You could play your song at the start and include captions/annotations during the playback of what is going on. Get creative and just do your best to make it interesting! If you have a question, just ask! Good luck!
