dunno about must have but stuff that's great for trancey sounds: respire, antidote, expanse, suboombass, echobode, etch red, pump, rythmic filter things like synchronous, parafilter, or 3 plex, khs trance gate and disperser, buffre or something like it, and rythmic delay things like steerpike, relapse, or lespace. also the g8 gate is really flexible with finer grained controls than the ssl channel gate.
