New theme fixes: Changelog

In light of the recent release of our new theme and some of the proposed changes, here's a list of continuous fixes that are being added. Check back for updates
19-06-2017
- RT now subscribes to Tapatalk, effectively removing ads from Tapatalk
- Sticky navnbar: Made smaller, removed "Forum" link on mobile, changed color and transparency
- Removed moderator list for all forums to make more room for content
- Decreased header sizes
- Decreased title padding to make pages stand out more compact
- Added target forum to all searches including "New posts"
- Reduced the forum title font size to avoid multi-line forum titles on mobile
- Reduced the topic title font size
- Removed top ad on mobile
- Drastically reduced the header size on mobile
- Sidebar appears below the main content for screen widths equal to or less than 1400px
- ------
- Added "Mark forums read" to quick links and otherwise made the button more visible

We've added a lot of fixes today to make things better on mobile and smaller screen resolutions.
Please report back by replying to this thread! Your input is making this much easier!

These changes rock and in such a short space of time too!
That is some really good work. I'm particularly liking the last one as I prefer not to have my browser full screen (on a 1080p display) and I can now keep it a nice size to push the sidebar underneath.
Now I'm impressed!

Hah, good to hear!
I specifically took notice on that sidebar-versus-screenwidth issue, quite a few reported back that the sidebar took up too much space because of old monitors.

Quotes are now automatically limited to 2 total
So users can now quote away without editing out deeply nested quotes and without overwhelming a thread.

I have mixed feelings. I like the new theme/look, but I sorely miss being able to see who posted last in a thread while viewing the forum (and having a little shortcut thingy to click on the most recent post). I also wish I could squeeze more info/text into the layout, as I feel there's wasted space compared to the old look.
