What has changed your music the most in the last 10 years?

Buying my first pair of monitors around 7 years ago. A bit of a lame answer, as all of yours are regarding the creative side of things, and mine is purely on the technical side.
On the creative side there have been many little things, but no single point of dramatic change.

I would have thought someone cutting you free from that rope may have helped a little? haha! Even if it's pleasure to you - That looks like pain to me!


... Learning enough mixing mastering 'to get me by' made a big difference for me. I agree with Melody303 that getting my monitors and sub was indeed a turning point. That was about 7 years ago for me too
