With cables shown, means it's a custom display, and they have different rules about how the mouse moves. Did you try holding shift before clicking to turn the knob?
Yes, thanks, I tried that and it didn't help.

Right click anything Annotation 2019-02-01 102951.jpg Rotate or move knob/button on this prompt: Annotation 2019-02-01 103034.jpg If Complex-1 doesn't do this, put it inside a combinator and assign those buttons/knobs instead. :) Wow! Thanks a lot. Tripped up by the terminology! I did see that menu...

The tutorial has the cables on so could be my mouse I guess. Just using OSX mouse settings so I may try and download a driver for my Logite...

Draw curves and it will be smooth if you hold shift and give the engine some time. Or use envelopes.
Thanks! Still curious why it isn't smooth with the mouse for me though.

I've tried adjusting the sample rate but nothing I do seems to help. I have a powerful Mac computer (i7 w 24 gigs RAM) and haven't experience...

new to Reason - how to MIDI learn a control?

I can't figure out how to MIDI learn to control a dial using CC# from my MIDI keyboard. Would love some help on this. I'm trying to automate a knob in Complex-1. In other DAWs I just right click and put the knob in a state where its looking for MIDI message to assign but I see no way to do this and ...
