Re: Synapse Audio sale at JRRShop
If this looks so serious.... than we have to report this fact to Blackrock and the sale becomes much bigger https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse4.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.2t8CXwM_RJatGYCKprVcRQHaHa%26pid%3DApi&f=1&ipt=e788cb7d556c4bf2669f96c3da086c4026488e1e915b78397878...

Re: are waves plugins high cpu
Some are, some aren't. The Abbey Road reverbs are very CPU intensive, also TG12345, Flow Motion synth seems to use quite a lot. Those are the ones I know from experience, but it's been a while since I had a computer that couldn't easily handle them  maybe this two effects are the best stuff fr...

Re: anyone using old systems ? or laptops
My i7 clocks around 3,4 or 3,6ghz max I think so what. I still use CherryAudios Mercury4 and Elka X vst´s and both are processing intensive, I can use 2 instances of them together with stock synths and some older stock effects and one etch rack extension and one soundtoys crystalizer vst both need m...

Re: anyone using old systems ? or laptops
I7 4710mq T440 and Reason runs since the last performance update like a devil. But I would say 4cores are this time the minimum if you wanna use more effects, but if your not so interested in cpu hog rack extensions like JPS harmonic synth or effects by soundtoys a 2core oldie will work quiet well ;...

Subcolors subasssynth shit experiences…
I never tried really this freaky effect by turn2much, now with my SP C1 u87 mic clone via a api style pre I discovered a new stage of acting with it in chain after a crystalizer and little alter boy by soundtoys, like a boss rc505 but with more harmonics, as a bass lead vocal line bomb :D I will upl...

Re: Roland SH101 as a rack?
After I posted I wondered if I could get close. This is pretty close. Tell me if you like it. I ended up using a thor, europa, and two subtractors. The Google link in the combi. Sorry about the backdrop. I phoned that one in. Also, I decided not to hook up the range knob as it is easier to do that ...

Re: [IDM/Experimental/Groove] Whirring Waves
Whirring Falls are really inspired by Angel Falls by Dillinja, I am correct in assuming that? Really awesome, I celebrate this sound, that's what it needs as a basis, when you really want it to go off thx for listening and your props! i didn't know the track by dillinja though. I don´t know your ag...

Now Objekt could be bought via "rent to own" but this doesn´t work right now for germany.

Retouch Grid64G not working correct
I‘m using a Novation Launchpad mk2 together with Grid64G and it’s not working proper, first it takes some R12.6 restarts that the retouch luacodec is working, but than it could happen after some minutes of inactivity, that the controller no longer receives commands for the lights, visual feedback! S...

Re: Reason 12.6 Released (Apple Silicon, Offline Mode)
The only real every time problem I have now, is the usage of retouch grid64G together with a launchpad mk2 and it’s connection. When after several R12.6 restarts the connection between the sequencer RE and the controller working, often after a unspecific time the controller stops to receive midisign...

Re: What's Your (Reason Specific) Goto Limiter?
I use in my master output chain, Elysias Museq (electronic music) or Millenias NSEQ ( analog sounds) mostly, hornets syncpressor as bus comp and finally kuassas Kratos Maximizer as last effect. What I really like now, is hornets VHS virtual headphone correction when I‘m in the final mix process, it ...

Re: Reason 12.6.1 Update - Out Now
No problems on my l7 4710mq notebook, but also had some crash’s at my Ryzen 3900x desktop , but works in most cases stable enough, still had some instabilitys of hornets syncpressor in the mastering chain in general, other vast plugins are working without problems.

I still using for mobile usage a Korg Mikcrokey,it just has no aftertouch but the keys are very smooth to play and more or less silent, perfect when your would play while recording in a jam.

Re: Summer Bash Sale (slowly emerging)
I can only recommend valley plateau, i still own it and made a comparison with synapses dr1 and it´s sounding comparable, at least better and you can mangle sounds in a way i never discovered in that way before. If you want thicken up your voices in a modular way, this effect is yours, quiet in a wa...

Re: Summer Bash Sale (slowly emerging)
RE-160 "sounds" really nice (it does not add colouring to the signal) , especial its gain cv out is a big game changer when you play with BZR-1 for machine generated sound scapes. Indeed tried mootube with the synapse comp behind and it´s creamy, so now I can understand why a lot of elec...

Re: Summer Bash Sale (slowly emerging)
What’s your experience with Synapse RE-160 comp people. I still own Lindell Audios 7x500 fet for drums and Softubes Fet, the MC DSP bundle and C1L1 but I’m searching for a nice vocal compression where for example the softube can’t give the smoothness I’m looking for, does Synapses emulation are get ...
